We're introducing automatic synchronization between Reports and Work Orders to improve data consistency and reduce manual updates.
The following fields will be synchronized:
Report Number ↔ Work Order Number
AHJ ↔ AHJ
Tag Status ↔ Tag Status
Building Owner ↔ Building Owner
Billing Address → Work Order Billing Address
Example: Updating the AHJ in a Report will automatically update the AHJ in the linked Work Order.
Important: Once this feature is live, changes to synchronized fields will automatically update the linked Draft and Submitted Reports/Work Orders.
Archived records will not be affected.

The Job Module allows you to create and manage jobs such as Inspection, Service, and Construction.
When an Inspection job is created, the system automatically generates Inspection Report and Work Order.
For Service and Construction jobs, the system automatically generates a Work Order.

Visual scheduling and easy job management.
The Calendar Module provides a visual overview of all jobs based on their scheduling status.
You can easily drag and drop jobs within the calendar to adjust schedules. Clicking on any job will open a popup with detailed job information for quick review and management.
