ITM Tracking, LLC provides this third-party web database system that records, tracks, and sends notifications regarding various life safety equipment. The database system has the functionality to track fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire detection, and fire extinguishing systems.

This website offers a process for organizing the fire protection industry, while encouraging a more uniform reporting process. Reports for Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance were created using NFPA Standards.

Licensed sprinkler, alarm, and extinguisher contractors can use this database system to fill out inspection reports. Such reports are then stored for on line access, to send reminders for upcoming inspections, and to notify the City of any deficiencies.

Contractors, Building Owners, and Fire Marshalls will have unlimited 24-hour access to their life safety reports, subject to any outages that may occur because of events such as Technical Failures, Acts of Terrorism, Acts of War, Attacks by Hackers or other Malicious Attacks, whether on or off line, and Acts of God.

Users are responsible for what is or is not included in their reports. Therefore, for example, if a particular user is required to include information that is not stated on the website forms, they are responsible for meeting those additional requirements.
