FAQs

How much will it cost the City/County to use ITMSuite?

  • This service is currently of no cost to the city/county.
  • AHJ's may sign up for our services at no cost.

How will an AHJ know which buildings are past due on inspection or delinquent on yellow/red tag repairs?

  • AHJ may view all buildings in their jurisdiction at any given time of the day. A sort-able list will be view-able upon log in.

How will I know when my inspections are current or past due?

  • ITM Tracking will notify licensed contractors and building owners with all past due and up coming life safety inspections.

How will this benefit the City/County?

  • Tracking all building deficiencies/inspections will help reduce the amount of fires due to faulty equipment & systems with deficiencies that have not been addressed.
  • Uniformity of reports will address NFPA standards, help prevent fly-by inspections and in return will eliminate vague handwritten reports.

How much will it cost the City/County to use ITMSuite?

ITMSuite will notify the AHJ within their portal and via email of all deliquent buildings associated to their AHJ. You may also sort metrics of your choice inside your Dashboard.
